First the grapes, then the wine. The necessary condition for producing quality wine is to bring healthy grapes to the cellar. Participating directly in the harvest is a unique opportunity to get in touch with our Biointegrale® practices in every sense. You will be involved from harvesting in the vineyard to learning about the production processes in the cellar, and even in tasting our wines in the various stages of production, with a picnic at the end based on typical products.
